A dental bridge is a false tooth or teeth, known as a pontic, which is fused between two porcelain crowns to fill in the area left by a missing tooth or teeth. A Dental Bridge treatments involves permanent restorations that replace missing teeth. Patients are unable to remove this as they do with dentures. They come in different forms : porcelain or metal. Making bridge usually involve two or more appointments with you dentist.

You may find it strange initially but this normally settles down after a few days of use. Missing teeth may affect you smile and confidence, it may affect you bite and cause problems to your jaw joint. It could also affect you speech and eating.
